Begin your BIG FIVE Adventure in Amboseli Home of The Giants with Mt Kilimanjaro in the background. Dust off your walking boots on one of a kind walking safari as well as Boat Excursion in Naivasha. Venture deep into Majestic Masai Mara famous for its highest concentration of wildlife, Wildebeest Migration and the Maasai tribe. Samburu will offer its unspoiled and untouched wilderness while at Ol Pejeta, you will visit the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees as well as the endangered black and white rhino. Day 1: Nairobi Safari Capital Of the World WELCOME TO MAGICAL KENYA

Meet and greet at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by Expedition Kenya Safari VIP Service Ambassador, followed by leisurely transfer to Kenya's Only All Suite Hotel famously known as the Nairobi Safari Club.

This will be the perfect place to unwind in readiness for your first day of safari next day.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park Home Of The Giants

Our Expedition Kenya Safari Driver Guide will pick you up at your hotel at 07:30 am followed by departure towards Amboseli National Park.

We anticipate to arrive in time for lunch at Amboseli Sopa Lodge which lies within Amboseli National Park. This will be your new home away from home.

The park is the second most famous park in Kenya after Majestic Mara. The park is famous for being the best place in the world to see free ranging elephants, best views of Africa's tallest Giant Mt Kilimanjaro as well as other wildlife.

Afternoon game drive in our custom Safari mini van will begin from 4 pm as we go in search of the variety of wildlife found in the park. We anticipate to capture images of the shy Kilimanjaro peak.

DAY 3: Amboseli National Park Kilimanjaro Royal Court

Wake up in the morning facing Mt Kilimanjaro! Today we shall enjoy an early morning extended game drive followed by breakfast with Mt Kilimanjaro in the back ground. Feel free to use the lodges facilities such as the pool while on break before and after lunch.

Another exciting afternoon game drive is scheduled and we anticipate to reach the famous Observation Hill for a 360 degree view of the park. Amboseli has unique wildlife and the photographic opportunities are numerous.

Don't forget to catch the mesmerizing sunset.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha Boat Excursion

Today we shall depart for Lake Naivasha for one of a kind unique experience. We anticipate to arrive in time for Lunch at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort whose location by the lake is breathtaking.

Our highlight of the day will be a one of a kind Boat Excursion on Lake Naivasha as well as a Walking Safari on nearby Crescent Island "Game Park". Words are not enough to describe the experience and hence one has to experience in order to enjoy. Lake Naivasha once played host to Joy Adamson, the naturalist and author who is probably best known for her book, 'Born Free', which described her experiences in raising Elsa, the lion cub who went on to achieve international fame.

It is also fun to know that the resort has its own resident giraffes, waterbuck, vervet and Colobus Monkeys as well as regular visits at night by the hippos who come to trim the grass! Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort.

Day 5: Maasai Mara Game Reserve Wildlife Crown Jewel

Early Morning departure after breakfast en route to the World famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. We shall drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley with scheduled rest stops along the way. We anticipate to arrive in time for lunch at Basecamp Masai Mara located on the banks of Talek River.

We will depart at 4 pm for our first exciting afternoon game drive in what is considered to be Africa's greatest wildlife reserve. The Masai Mara is always full of surprises and you never know what kind of wildlife action we might come across.

Day 6: Maasai Mara Africa's Greatest Wildlife Reserve

Spend the day in Maasai Mara, Kenya's most popular game reserve where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five. Game drives are flexible, and today we will depart with our Safari Picnic Lunch Boxes to spend the entire day (Until around 4 pm) in the wilderness.

Get ready to experience an extraordinary opportunity of dining in the African Savannah! Today we will also pay a visit to a Local Maasai Village where you will get a first hand experience on the intriguing lifestyles of the Maasai men, women and children.

Day 7: Lake Nakuru Ornitholigical Paradise

After early morning breakfast, we shall say Kwaheri to Maasai Mara as we head to Lake Nakuru National Park. The drive is very scenic as we will be going through the Great Rift Valley.

We anticipate to arrive in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge located inside the park

At 4pm, we shall proceed with our afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is the ultimate ornithologist's paradise with over 450 species of birds and is best known for its numerous Pink Flamingos. However due to fluctuating water levels, Flamingo sightings have been very rare.

The park was also the first Rhino Sanctuary and offers the possibility of coming across the rare White Rhino. Among the predators we hope to come across are the lions and the elusive leopard. The park also boasts the biggest Euphorbia Forest in Africa.

Day 8: Ol Pejeta Conservancy "Highest Wildlife Density and Largest Black Rhino Sanctuary"

Today will be another exciting day of our safari and after an early morning breakfast, we will depart Nakuru and head for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, and home to the world's last remaining northern white rhino.

Rest stops will be provided along the way.

We anticipate to arrive in time for lunch at the exclusive Sweetwaters Serena Luxury camp located inside the conservancy and overlooking a water hole that is a center of activity for some of the wildlife that come to quench their thirst.

Our afternoon Game Drive will start with a visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary where we get to learn about their rescue stories as well as visit Baraka the blind Black Rhino. Baraka can be fed from the specially designed feeding platform that borders his enclosure offering visitors a unique experience and a chance to get up close and personal to an adult black rhino.

Day 9: Ol Pejeta Conservancy "Highest Wildlife Density and Largest Black Rhino Sanctuary"

Early morning extended game drive followed by Breakfast. On a clear morning, you might observe the snowy peaks of Kenya's Highest mountain known as Mt Kenya.

In between the game drives, feel free to lounge at the pool with your favorite cocktail.

Another exciting Game Drive is scheduled from 4 pm. With the snowy peaks of Mt. Kenya as your backdrop, your safari in East Africa's largest black rhino sanctuary is sure to be as beautiful as it is diverse. Immerse yourself in the Big Five as you explore 90,000 acres of pure wild!

Day 10: Samburu National Reserve "Home of the Special Five"

After an early morning breakfast we shall depart for Samburu National Reserve. The scenic drive will take us through the lower slopes of Mt. Kenya and across the equator.

Rest stops will be provided along the way.

We anticipate to arrive for lunch at Samburu Sopa Lodge built atop high ground allowing for panoramic views of vast Samburu.

Our afternoon game will begin at 4 pm and it will give us the opportunity to see wildlife that can only be found in this section of Kenya's northern frontier.

Day 11: Samburu National Reserve "Home of the Special Five"

Today you have a full day in Samburu, with an extended morning game drive and afternoon game drive in search of the so called "Special Five" or "Northern Five" that are only found specific to this region north of the equator. The "Special Five" include the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy's zebra, Beisa Oryx, Somali Ostrich, and the Gerenuk. The reserve is also home to the big cats namely the lion, leopard, and cheetah. It will be fun to note that the elephants exhibit a special reddish color at Samburu from dust bathing in the red soil that is characteristic of Samburu.

Did you also know that the Samburu skies offer the best opportunity for Star Gazing.

Day 12: Nairobi Departure

After an epic stay and experience at the Samburu, we will depart for the vibrant city of Nairobi after breakfast.

Exciting dining (Lunch) reservations at the world famous The Carnivore Restaurant will follow. Enjoy skewers of Game meat as well as Regular meat served with delicious side dishes and sauces.

Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your connecting flight home will follow later on after an enchanting bush safari with Expedition Kenya Safari.

An adventure of a lifetime!

This was my first safari. I had no idea what to expect. As it turned out ......an adventure of my life! We saw the most amazing animals doing what they do. Three lionesses and their five cubs taking down a buffalo--it was amazing to see it with my own eyes! We saw a huge herd of elephants, which we were told was the biggest they had seen together. Zebras crossing!!!! Giraffes just wandering. A leopard sleeping in a tree while we ate our lunch. Cheetahs! One walked right in front of our truck. Hyenas waiting for a lion to finish its meal of a hippo. Dik dik, thommies and many other animals and birds that I never knew existed!I loved where we stayed, very African looking, helpful, friendly staff. Food was lovely & fresh. A good experience all round.Expedition Kenya Safari were very helpful. They fulfilled all my expectations and gave me an adventure of my life time! I would not hesitate to recommended Expedition Kenya Safari to anyone wanting a genuine, hassle-free, African safari experience.
